as this thread turned from a WTS to a cozy discussion by the fire I ll play,
Tried to find all the speculated Fanfest "announcements" about the future of tech2 bpo, and found none
the only fanfest reference is that one guy(possibly tech2 bpo owner) bitched about the upcoming industry changes and how he lost 20% of his bpos value in a day, and in that conversation Greyscale replied, that bpos would eventually lose all its value,
as we will all die one day/sun will explode/ a bus may hit you/win the lottery etc
obviously Tech2 bpos are in the ccp spotlight since 6 months before invention (early 2007 if my memory serves me well) when they actively engaged the matter of inflated tech2 prices, and tried to "solve" the issue with the introduction of invention, that's 7 years
at the time invention was announced, my corp tech2 bpo number, was something like 7-10 prints, bought with loans from corp members and teamwork, a long term business plan that we have set up at late 2005
during that 6 months prior invention we aggressively purchased another 30-40 prints again with loans and made isks from our already purchased bpos, we kept buying bpos till 2012 till we emptied our wallets, the reason was that we believed , CCP WILL not screw up tech2 bpos and that people where wrong thinking that they have to sell
at that time we had like 80-90 great valued prints and some not so great, it was a pain to produce by a small corp and it was decided toliquidate the prints, as eve was then like a full time job, that gave no food on your table tho, since 2012 I am selling those prints little by little,
now why I am saying that, CCP is ... CCP you never can know when the nerf bat will hit, tech2 bpos are risky they always were,
it wouldn't surprise me tho, to learn that in this vast world of eve online speculation, start from a specific player group that have ingame power, and have ties? with CCP, not the first time, I still remember the reason the CSM was created, "t20"
as of why personally I am posting this now, well.. my prints are for sale the past 2 years check my older posts all sale threads, they never went off the market, and people that know tech2 know what i have for sale, another 30 or so prints
also i would rather cry my prints due to ccp screwing tech2 bpos, rather than sell for peanuts, so the reserver is set a bit below the best offer i got for those prints 2 months ago that was a three digit number for each of those perfect bpos |
